Billy- I just wanted to thank you for everything you've taught me and every opportunity you've given me. In the beginning when my nerves were getting the best of me, you helped me overcome my fears and excel to my highest peak. You woulnd't let me give up even when I thought my pain and injury were going to stop me from playing. I appreciate every minute of playing time you gave me and I hope I never let you down. You showed me that injuries, and especially being shorter then most, are minimal factors in the game of soccer. "You're 5 foot nothing',100 and nothing', and you have nearly a speck of athletic ability...this life, you don't have to prove nothing' to nobody but yourself". Rudy. Every time I hear this quote it reminds me that no matter how short you are or the obstacles you must overcome, in this game of soccer & life, all you really need is a big heart, and I thank you for teaching me that. I wish you the best of luck where ever your future leads you and I just wanted to thank you again for the opportunities you've given me and all I've learned from you, which I will carry with me throughout the rest of my soccer playing days and life. Bunny Di Vite Billly - You have been such a positive influence on my growing soccer career. Thank you for your wonderful advice, great soccer training, and being there when I needed a confidence booster. I always had FUN while I was learning from you as my coach. NOT only is your training fantastic but you always knew how to put a smile on my face! I look back on it and realize your coaching is what got me to where I am today and couldn't have done it without you. Christina Nunes Billy - I know that everyone feels the same way I do, and just wanted to let you know that we appreciate all you have done. You made me and my team get a to the highest level more than we ever imagined. Your coaching philosophy and technical training are by far the best and it's something that I will always put to use. I hope you had as much fun training/coaching us as we did being on your team! Sarah Strackhouse Billy - These past couple of years I have improved dramatically and learned so much while having you as my trainer/coach. Many soccer people have mentioned how I have improved and I credit it all to you. You are an amazing person who truly knows and loves the game of soccer. Your love for the game and support for me has made me grow as a player and because of you I will never give up on my dreams. Samantha Glaubman Billy - As my coach you were unique, because of your ability to take advice as well as give it. You were eager to hear our input of the game, because you knew that other perspective could only help us develop. This style of coaching always carried us through the difficult games. Thank you for that. I want you to know that you are one of the best and most influential coaches I have ever had. I' ve had my share of trainers that wanted to win, regardless of what it takes. I think that the attitude is important, but you managed to make it fun and allowing you not to be afraid to fail. Whenever my dad was late to pick me up from practice (every practice!), you'd wait with me and even teach me a few juggling tricks, like catching it on the back of my neck. My whole high school team is jealous by the way! You would nutmeg me in practice, just so that I' d learn not to let it happen again. Actually, you'd beat me with lost of crazy moves, but by doing this, I learned your favorite ones and prefected them (almost) for my own use. Mikaila More to come!
